Anderson Bushi Kai Freestyle Martial Arts
This class is perfect for people of all levels of martial arts experience to commence their ABK journey and train along side others. Instructed by B.Ed qualified and registered teachers.
All fitness levels, especially beginners, are welcome. This particular class is intended for people who are neurodivergent.
Self or plan managed NDIS participants may be able to claim fees. Currently, there are no ABK martial arts students whose attendance is funded by NDIS. Please speak with your planner or support coordinator to find out more.

Nimble Ninjas®
Kids aged 7-12 yrs experience movement- and mindfulness- based learning opportunities designed by a B.Ed qualified, registered teacher to support capacity building.
Children enjoy a semi-private (5 participants max) environment on a term-basis to develop confidence, compassion, and self-control, and the goals of individual participants.
Kickstart is proud to be a Child Safe Space and actively engaged in continuous improvement and professional development.
This inclusive class is especially intended for those who are neurodivergent. All brains and bodies are welcome at Kickstart.
Self- or plan-managed NDIS participants may be able to use their funding for attendance and individual note taking required.

An active, but not intense, yoga class. Light and joyful.

Active & Strong (All Ages)
This low impact fitness, strength and mobility class focuses on precision of movement for strong technique and safety.
Classes incorporate stretches, a circuit component with body weight and resistance training options, and experienced shadow boxing instruction.
Modifications and alternatives are chosen for injuries, restrictions, disabilities and experience so that everyone can move in the strongest and safest way they can.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a predominantly passive practice that brings stillness and a slower pace, leading to self-inquiry and a meditative yin state. It helps nourish the mind, the body’s tissues and the nervous system. Explore the self physically and mentally in a gentle and accessible way.

Restorative Yoga
Rest, restore and revitalise with Restorative Yoga. No impact. Just chill. This practice calms the central nervous system, taking a depleted mind and body from a fight or flight mode to a rest and digest focus.
As a Yoga Teacher specialising in prenatal and postpartum yoga and a Yoga Therapist specialising in Restorative Yoga and Meditation, Miranda offers suggestions and postures to help your practice best support you. It is valuable for those with fatigue, physical health conditions and supportive for those experiencing anxiety, depression and stress.
Take some time for yourself, perhaps during or post-pregnancy or during peri-menopause or post-menopausal.
