Anderson Bushi Kai Freestyle Martial Arts
This particular karate class (ABK) is perfect for beginners in martial arts to commence their martial arts journey and train along side those who are progressing towards blackbelt. This particular karate class is best suited to teens and adults – the current group is a fairly even split of mothers and their children. Instructed by B.Ed qualified and registered teachers. All fitness levels, especially beginners, are welcome. Self or plan NDIS participants may be able to claim fees.

Kids aged 5-12 yrs experience martial arts, yoga, and mindfulness in a semi-private (4 participants max) environment on a term-basis to develop confidence, compassion, and self-control. Martial arts, children’s yoga and mindfulness to build confidence, capabilities and calm. Benefit from:

Interplay Therapy
Coming late 2023! 1:1 Sessions
Miranda is enrolled in Interplay Therapy clinical program and is anticipated to graduate in late 2023 as a certified Interplay Therapist.
A certified Interplay Therapist specialises in the field of play therapy and family therapy, supporting healing through reconnection, implementing effective treatment using outcomes of current research.
You may wish to involve your family as participants in Miranda’s assessment items as a complementary introduction to this service.
Adults and Bubs
Enjoy the benefits of connecting with your bub and your breath – and other adults! Adults without a bub are welcome to attend this class too (keep in mind that this is a post-partum focussed environment when booking).
Pregnancy Yoga
Enjoy a class tailored for pregnant people and connect with your body. Pregnancy yoga is a safe and rewarding way to relax and connect with your unborn bub.

Fitness, Strength and Mobility for 60+
This low impact fitness, strength and mobility class focuses on precision of movement for strong technique and safety.
Classes incorporate stretches, a circuit component with body weight and resistance training options, and experienced shadow boxing instruction.
Modifications and alternatives are chosen for injuries, restrictions, disabilities and experience so that everyone can move in the strongest and safest way they can.
Designed for over 60s but all ages welcome.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a predominantly passive practice that brings stillness and a slower pace, leading to self-inquiry and a meditative yin state. It helps nourish the mind, the body’s tissues and the nervous system. Explore the self physically and mentally in a gentle and accessible way.

Restorative Yoga
Rest, restore and revitalise with Restorative Yoga. No impact. Just chill. This practice calms the central nervous system, taking a depleted mind and body from a fight or flight mode to a rest and digest focus.
As a Yoga Teacher specialising in prenatal and postpartum yoga and a Yoga Therapist specialising in Restorative Yoga and Meditation, Miranda offers suggestions and postures to help your practice best support you. It is valuable for those with fatigue, physical health conditions and supportive for those experiencing anxiety, depression and stress.
Take some time for yourself, perhaps during or post-pregnancy or during peri-menopause or post-menopausal.
